The discussion is in collaboration with EBA — Europe Beyond Access, the Diputació de Barcelona, and the British Council. 29 September 2025 - Barcelona - Spain ARC will cohost the side event "Weaving Cultural Futures: Artistic Freedom, Feminist Advocacy, and Local Governance in Action" as part of MONDIACULT 2025. The discussion is in collaboration with the Red Mujeres X la Cultura/ Women X Culture Network, UCLG - United Cities and Local Governments, and the Institut de Cultura, Ajuntament de Barcelona. 29 June - 1 July 2025 - Baltimore - USA ARC will participate in the panel "Publishing Without Fear or Favor: Maintaining Trust with Authors, Artists, and Audiences" to reflect on how museums can remain spaces for healthy debate and learning. 11 June 2025 - Online ARC is pleased to partner with the NYC Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment to host the webinar "Lyrics Liberate: Music, Freedom, and Global Lessons to Confront National Challenges” on 11 June, 2025 as part of New York Music Month. 2-4 June 2025 - Bolton Landing - USA ARC Executive Director Julie Trébault will participate, underscoring attacks on artistic freedom and the potential of the judiciary to protect and advance artistic freedom through legal mechanisms. 27-30 May 2025 - Seoul - South Korea ARC will participate in the 2025 IFACCA Summit in Seoul (27–30 May), sharing expert insights on defending artistic freedom globally as part of the panel, "Navigating global shifts, mapping local impacts." 1-3 May 2025 - New York - United States ARC is pleased to co-present three events during the 2025 PEN America World Voices Festival, uplifting artistic freedom through engagements from 1-3 May 2025. 17 April 2025 - Brooklyn - New York Join ARC on 17 April 2025 at 7:00 PM, at Salotto NYC in Brooklyn for the presentation of Ai Weiwei's "Zodiac: A Graphic Memoir," featuring a conversation with artist Gianluca Costantini, Italian art curator & writer Elettra Stamboulis, and ARC Executive Director Julie Trébault. 24-26 April 2025 - Chicago - USA ARC Executive Director Julie Trébault will give the keynote lecture at the fourth annual Directors Summit on 24 - 26 April 2025, part of Expo Chicago's programming.
