Temporary Pause on New Requests for Assistance

ARC is currently not accepting new requests for direct protection assistance. Our temporary pause on new intake forms is continuing at this time. We know that reaching out for support can come at a difficult and uncertain moment, and we are sorry that we are not able to accept new requests.

During this pause, we are focused on reviewing pending requests and supporting artists whose requests are already in our system. We are also reviewing how ARC can best provide direct protection support more sustainably and effectively going forward, as demand for emergency assistance continues to grow while available resources and capacity across the field remain very limited.

If you are facing an immediate threat or emergency situation, we encourage you to reach out to our network of partner organizations, some of which may be able to provide more immediate assistance.

If you submitted a request to ARC before June 24, 2026, please know that your request remains in our system and has not been removed or closed because of the pause. There is no need to resubmit it.
