In his professional career, Boris is a business transformation expert specializing in operational strategy, customer experience, and change management. He is the co-founder and current CEO of FlowTracker Analytics, a fintech company that converts data into insights to help bankers increase deposits and better understand customer behaviors and preferences. Before co-founding FlowTracker, Boris spent over 14 years in international banking at Scotiabank in Toronto and HSBC in Hong Kong, as well as five years at IBM’s Strategy and Transformation practice.When he’s not working with data, Boris enjoys exploring contemporary art, dance, and ballet. His current passions are contemporary ceramics and gardening. As a Cuban-born global nomad – living between Toronto, Hong Kong, New York, and Paris – he is dedicated to supporting refugees and those whose freedom of expression faces oppression. Being husband to John and guardian to Pepe and CZ, two rescued dogs, is an essential part of his identity.
