Aileen Alon

Senior Operations & Administration Officer

Aileen Alon, PMP is a project consultant and systems practitioner with 15 years of experience in strategic program design, nonprofit operations, and values-aligned collaboration. As Principal Consultant at A.Wave Solutions, she supports mission-driven organizations in navigating growth and translating bold visions into coordinated, measurable action across the U.S. and internationally. Previously, Aileen held several capacity-building roles with aīre ventures, a social impact venture studio focused on expanding access, opportunity, and racial equity. She supported global knowledge-exchange networks spanning six continents, engaged 30,000+ entrepreneurs and innovators, co-designed leadership fellowships in Africa, and helped launch an EdTech product for college access. Her background includes extensive work at the intersection of arts and equitable community development, leading nationally recognized creative placemaking initiatives in South Florida. She has also served as a grant reviewer and strategist for the National Endowment for the Arts and multiple community foundations and arts agencies. She holds a BA in Art History from Winthrop University.
