Description
The First Amendment Project is a nonprofit law firm that provides free legal service on matters relating to free speech and free press. FAP provides legal representation and advice. It also has an advice hotline that enables it to provide quick advice. It also provides educational resources on the First Amendment. The Berkeley Free Speech Clinic is a partnership between the journalism and legal professions that provides advice and education for journalists and documentarians on the most important legal issues they face.
