Contact the CBLDF the first time authorities come into your home or business or at the first receipt of an intimidating legal letter. The earlier the CBLDF gets involved, the higher the likelihood that it can bring the case to a resolution.

Description

Comic Book Legal Defense Fund is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the First Amendment rights of the comics medium. CBLDF primarily works through the legal assistance it provides to those whose rights are threatened for making, selling, or even reading comic books. CBLDF also works through education, assisting libraries in challenges to comics and graphic novels by providing letters of support and access to resources to defend graphic novels when they are challenged.
