The Authors League Fund assists professional book authors, dramatists, and freelance writers. While applicants need not subsist solely on their income from writing, it is important that their writing credits be accomplished.
Description
The Authors League Fund helps professional writers and dramatists who find themselves in financial need because of medical or health-related problems, temporary loss of income, or other misfortunes. The fund exists to help professional writers continue their careers, even their lives, with dignity by providing open-ended, interest-free, no-strings-attached loans to pay for pressing expenses.
