Guidelines of assistance
Candidates of The Restless Books Prize for New Immigrant Writing must be first-generation residents of their country. Fiction/nonfiction candidates must not have previously published a book of fiction/nonfiction with a US publishing house.
Description
Restless Books is an independent, nonprofit publisher devoted to championing essential voices from around the world. Restless publishes "international works of fiction, journalism, memoirs, travel writing, and illustrated books." In addition to publishing, Restless offers the annual $10,000 Prize for New Immigrant Writing, which additionally comes with a publication deal.
