Description

The Prisoners of Conscience Appeal Fund (PoC) is dedicated to relieving the hardship of people who have been persecuted for the non-violent expression of their beliefs. Their remit defines a prisoner of conscience as someone who has performed an act of conscience for which they have been, or are likely to be, imprisoned, persecuted, or subjected to suffering, provided they have not used or advocated violence.
