Index's Freedom of Expression Awards Fellowship offers 12 months of capacity building, coaching and emergency assistance to artists and activists facing direct censorship.

Description

Index on Censorship is a nonprofit that campaigns on behalf of free expression worldwide. IoC operates through campaigns and events, a quarterly magazine and an Awards Fellowship programme that promote free expression. The Freedom of Expression Awards Fellowship is given annually to people or organisations who have done outstanding work to tackle free expression threats in the fields of arts, journalism, campaigning, and advocacy.
