Fondo de Acción Urgente provides rapid-response grants to support women activists and defenders, their collectives, or organizations in situations of risk or threat which impacts their safety and security.
Description
A regional feminist fund for Latin America and the Caribbean that sustains and and strengthens activists and their movements through fast and flexible support in the face of risk and opportunity. Fondo de Acción supports women defenders' resistance, struggles, and demands for the transformation of systems of injustice and inequality, placing holistic feminist protection and care at the center of their work.
