The decision about which cases are taken on begins with the consideration of whether or not EFF would substantially affect case law through litigating and whether the case stands in line with EFF's streamlined mission.
Description
EFF is dedicated to defending digital liberty through legal advocacy and training on internet security. It can provide legal services to those whose rights have been threatened online. Individuals whose dilemmas would "substantially affect case law" are encouraged to apply for legal counsel.
