Guidelines of assistance
C-Libre publishes articles about situations where freedom of expression is at risk. It also monitors the state of freedom of expression in Honduras. Each year it publishes a general issue on the evolution of freedom of expression.
Description
C-Libre is an association of journalists and members of the civil society. It aims to defend freedom of expression against political or economic interests that try to interfere with the right of journalists to write freely.
