Guidelines of assistance

CELS' clinics provide free legal advice for people deprived of their rights, disabled people, those with impaired mental health, and counsel refugees and migrants experiencing human rights violations. Consultations available in person and remotely.

Description

The Center for Legal and Social Studies (CELS) is a NGO that aims to protect human rights and to strengthen the democratic system in Argentina. It enhances the alliance between arts and human rights in addition to its traditional strategies such as litigation, research, public policy advocacy and training. CELS currently has two legal clinics, UBA-CELS Human Rights Legal Clinic and Clinic on Refugees and Migrants, providing legal advice from professional attorneys.
