CEAR-Euskadi offers temporary protection to human rights defenders at risk, accompanies them in the process, and follows them up when they return to their communities.
Description
The Basque Program for Temporary Protection of Human Rights Defenders is a tool of political solidarity whose objective is to protect human rights defenders whose life or physical integrity is threatened by the activity they carry out in their countries of origin, through a relocation to Euskadi for a period of six months.
