The Artist-in-Residence Programs offer opportunities for artists and graduate students age 22 and over. Selection priority is given to projects’ relevance to the cultural context of Mexico and Peru.
Description
Arquetopia Foundation for Development is an international nonprofit foundation which invests in approaching art and art history with a critical perspective by understanding Mexico and Peru’s heritage of visual culture. The selected residents of Arquetopia's Artist-in-Residence Programs fund their own residencies and travel but may raise their funds from granting entities with the help of Arquetopia which can provide support letters. The residencies' locations vary from Mexico to Peru.
