Guidelines of assistance
Applicants should be emerging artists engaged in contemporary visual arts or other related fields. Applicants may not be Japanese citizens and must have legal permission to enter Japan.
Description
The ARCUS Project is a residency in Japan that aims to bring in promising artists from around the world to its bucolic location of Ibaraki. Aside from its residency, ARCUS provides a number of services particularly to local residents, such as exhibitions, lectures, workshops, and film screenings.
