ARC’s mission is to support artists and cultural workers who are at risk, specifically due to their creative expression, often tied to their identities or roles within their communities. This means that to be eligible for our assistance, the threat a person faces must be directly connected to what they create, perform, or express as an artist.

ARC does not support applications from artists or cultural professionals for livelihood support or economic aid that are not directly related to the attacks they have faced.

Submissions are encrypted, and ARC understands that your communications are confidential. ARC does not provide direct services, but we will do our best to refer you to organizations that do. You can also find help by exploring our network of resources.
