Guidelines of assistance
Visual Artist Residencies/Public Art Residency. Selected artists given studio space, financial support, and support of BCA staff. BCA also runs regular "help-desk" sessions for 20-min consultations with professional artists at a rate of $25/consult.
Description
The Boston Center for the Arts offers process-oriented residencies to allow the artist residents to experiment with their craft, develop new ideas, and engage with the community in the Artist Studios Building and the South End arts community. BCA also offers "help-desk" consultation sessions for artists in need of feedback or career advice.
