Guidelines of assistance

For legal aid, clients' cases must have a legal basis in the interest of the poor and human rights violations that impact the community or values of justice. There is also a registration and consultation process to determine if aid guidelines are met.

Description

The Jakarta Legal Aid Institute (LBH) works to provide legal assistance to marginalized individuals and those with limited resources. LBH Jakarta strives to act as a pillar of pro-democratic and legal aid advocacy for the promotion of human rights in Indonesia. The organization provides legal services (pro bono under certain conditions) as well as general research and advocacy regarding pressing legal matters and trends in justice and human rights.
