Description
IPI promotes media freedom throughout the world through its network of experienced editors, journalists, and media executives. It conducts advocacy with governments, raises awareness of cases of media freedom violations, and creates opportunities for dialogue and networking among a diverse journalistic community. Its network aims to support media professionals who are at risk by shielding them from attack, offering solidarity, and calling out those who would stifle their voices.
