HIAP arranges several open calls annually in the frame of various residency programmes in the field of visual art and other creative fields. The application forms are accessible and can be found online only when each open call is active.
Description
The Helsinki International Artist Programme (HIAP) provides a residency and safe haven organization for working artists. Funded by the European Commission, the program also holds projects, events, and exhibitions showcasing art across Europe.
