Guidelines of assistance

Incidental Emergency grants provide rapid support to journalists, human rights defenders, NGOs, activists, and bloggers who face urgent digital emergencies because of their online presence.

Description

The Digital Defenders Programme's mission is to provide emergency support to human rights defenders in need, be they bloggers, cyber activists, journalists, human rights defenders, or any other civil society activist. DDP also aims to build capacity for emergency responses, which it does through a grant program.
