Description

Through a multifaceted program of cultural exchange, CEC ArtsLink serves to create and sustain constructive, mutually beneficial relationships between the USA and 37 formerly isolated countries. Working with artists, arts organizations, and community-based institutions, CEC ArtsLink provides an essential structure for ongoing dialogue between the USA and these cultures and serves to connect international artists with grants, fellowships, and residencies.
