Guidelines of assistance

The AIRE Centre provides free legal advice for individuals seeking advice for themselves or someone they know. However, it can only provide written legal advice (which usually takes between two and four weeks to produce).

Description

The AIRE Centre provides free specialist legal advice and other legal services (including creating benefits applications, applications to the UK Border Agency, or applications to the European Court of Human Rights) related to European law. Because its expertise is quite specialized, most advice is provided on a "second-tier" basis.
