  • Curate and produce the multi-cohort exhibition, including coordination with fellows, partners, and venues, as well as related panels, campaigns, and advocacy tie-ins
  • Develop professional growth opportunities for CMARF artists, such as workshops and training sessions with key partners

  • Engage partners in amplifying advocacy and exhibition efforts, ensuring broad reach and sustainability

Administration & Operations Support

  • Compile relevant information for ARC’s monitoring and evaluation efforts by tracking program metrics and gathering impact data
  • Draft narrative and financial reports for donors, ensuring clear communication of fellows’ outcomes and ARC’s advocacy impact
  • Track and manage the Cuba program budget, including payments, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation

Qualifications

  • Must be based in the Americas
  • Bachelor’s degree in international relations, human rights, arts administration, Latin American studies, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with artists and curation in Latin America
  • Demonstrated commitment to artistic freedom in Latin America, with a particular focus on Cuba
  • Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) required
  • Established relationships in the arts and culture sector in Latin America and the Caribbean, particularly within the independent Cuban art scene
  • Strong cross-cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with displaced or at-risk communities is desired
