ARC continues to support Ukrainian visual artists affected by the ongoing war by offering emergency and resilience assistance, with the support of the Helen Frankenthaler Foundation and the Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts.
The discussion will focus on the vital support structures necessary for Ukrainian artists within Sweden. It examines the challenges faced by these artists in a new cultural context, emphasizing the need for robust networks offering mentorship, funding, exhibition opportunities, and community integration. Additionally, the conversation will highlight the potential collaborations between Ukrainian artistic expressions and Sweden's cultural landscape, aiming for mutual enrichment and cross-cultural understanding.
