Guidelines of assistance

Justice Centre Hong Kong provides free and independent legal information and assistance with protection claims to all people going through the Unified Screening Mechanism (in their own language where possible).

Description

Justice Centre Hong Kong is a nonprofit human rights organization working fearlessly to protect the rights of Hong Kong’s most vulnerable forced migrants: refugees, other people seeking protection, and survivors of torture, human trafficking, and forced labor. Through its Unified Screening Mechanism, the organization provides high-quality legal information to migrants, usually in their own language. Counseling is also available for refugee children ages 2–8.
