IARA is a collective of experts with long-term experience in the arts and human rights sphere. IARA is comprised of international renowned experts in the field. As consultants they bring years of experience in artistic freedom of expression to provide strategy; facilitate training; merge connections; conduct research, evaluation and reporting; work within legal frameworks; and hold public speaking engagements and events.
