Guidelines of assistance

The applicant must be a journalist, verifiable by either an IFEX member or an organization that provides emergency assistance.


Canadian Journalists for Free Expression provides a multitude of services including emergency funds, legal aid, and advocacy for at-risk journalists. The organization also hosts archives (including on Edward Snowden) and publishes articles on the state of press freedom.
